I have a Wacom mouse which has "notched" mouse wheel movement.

When I try to use it to zoom in, the amount of movement is very drastic, and the camera often will go deeply underground if pointed down. Zooming out seems to move less drastically when in proximity to the ground.

But it would be better to have some way to adjust the sensitivity level, and the relative proximity to geometry movement speed adjustment ratio.
