Workspaces

Your workspace

Workspaces contain all the projects shared to your organisation. Workspaces allow you to control who in your organisation can have access to your files,

what level of access they have, and what operations they can do.

Workspace Overview



The overview above shows an example of a workspace. In this scenario, Bruce acts as the overall Administrator for all workspaces.
The access rights for each User is shown in the table below:

Workspace Permissions

udCloud has two levels of permissions. They determine what operation the user can do
  1. Member
    1. Can create projects
    2. Can Add/Delete Files
    3. Can convert supported files 
  2. Owner
    1. Can Add/Remove other users from a workspace
    2. Can set the workspace to PAYG (Pay-as-you-go)
    3. Can create projects
    4. Can Add/Delete Files
    5. Can convert supported files
